Musing Mondays (2)

So yeah three posts today I'm cool. But a lot was happening today. Also did you notice I changed my header? I'm really pleased with my new picture that took way too much time to do. I love it though, so it was worth it!

Well this week's Monday Musing asks:What are you most excited about reading, right now? (can be a book you're currently enjoying, or a book that's yet to be published, etc.)

Good question. I am really excited to read Matched. I stopped by Ally Condie's allychat on twitter and had so much fun I even posted the transcript of that Q & A session on my blog.

I've heard amazing things about this book, the summary looks invinting, the cover looks intriguing, and the whole Dystopian angle is something I want to delve deeper into.

Ally Condie is also from Utah and set a lot of her story in Utah. I also live in Utah so that's also intriguing.

Plus, the second one Crossed is about to come out.

I really need to read this book basically.

What do you guys think? Have you read Matched and would you recommend it?

Have a lovely day! And as always feel free to post a link to your Musing Mondays post.

  2. I know! Thanks, that's what I get for typing when I'm tired. I knew it was Crossed...whoops.

I will definitely have to read this soon...in the next few days hopefully!

  4. I really enjoyed Matched, although it did leave a bitter taste in my tongue. I defiantly suggest this read and I'm looking forward to the next one, but there were also some predictable parts. Good luck!

  5. Randomizeme, thanks for stopping by and commenting.

Bookish, I'm glad you enjoyed Matched. I have found that most often dystopian novels do leave a bitter taste. I'm really excited about reading it and definitely will read it soon.

Thanks for commenting and leaving your link, I'm checking it out now.
