Today I'm pleased to be part of the blog tour for Christina Tetreault's novel The Teacher's Billionaire. I'm also hosting a giveaway for her novel, so be sure to check that out here.
In case you wanted to know more about Christina, here is her bio:
I wrote my first story with characters similar to those in the Sweet Valley Twins books at the age of 10 on my grandmother's manual typewriter. As I got older my stories and characters became more mature. During my freshman year at UMass Dartmouth, I read my first romance novel and fell in love with the genre. I have been writing romance ever since. Today I live with my husband, three beautiful daughters and two dogs in Massachusetts. Whenever I have a free moment you'll find me either reading a romance novel or working on my most current story.
You can reach Christina through any of these platforms: her website, her blog, or her Facebook account.
Now then before I get into my review, here's a summary of her novel The Teacher's Billionaire.
Callie Taylor's life is turned upside down when she learns the truth about her birth following the death of her mother. Not only is her father alive, but he's none other than presidential candidate Senator Warren Sherbrooke.
Billionaire and confirmed bachelor, Dylan Talbot, is devoted to his family. When his stepfather Warren Sherbrooke receives a letter from a past love telling him they have a daughter together, Dylan is instantly suspicious. In order to keep the media vultures away and protect Warren's political aspirations, Dylan convinces Warren to let him handle the situation.
As Callie and Dylan spend time together, they can't resist the feelings that blossom between them. However, when Callie learns the real reason he has been spending time with her their fledgling romance is put in jeopardy and only complete honesty can save it.

My Overall Thoughts/Impressions: I received this for review as part of the Reading Addiction Blog Tours. Please see the disclosure at the bottom of this post for more information.
I went into this book wondering how it would enfold. It sounded intriguing and that was enough to grab my attention. I started reading this and immediately fell in love with the characters and the writing style. Christina did a great job creating a tale that I thoroughly enjoyed.
The novel was never dry and for the most part the dialogue flowed almost effortlessly. She did a good job of crafting her characters. Like a lot of romance, the romance came almost immediately, but personally I don't mind that.
The novel was a compelling, entertaining, quick read that I thoroughly enjoyed.
In Summary: A book filled with intriguing characters that was blended with wonderful writing to create a novel that left me amused from the very beginning to the very end.
Warnings/Side-notes: This book references sex and there are sex scenes. These scenes leave slightly less to the imagination than young adult novels; however, this novel was in no means erotic or overly graphic.
The Wrap-up: I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you are overly sensitive this might not be the book for you. However, this novel was well-written and very entertaining. If you don't mind the few references and you enjoy romance, then I would say you should enjoy this one.
